Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to IBS Business Network are non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully processed for any membership tier (including Standard, Premium, or Elite memberships), refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Lack of use of the platform
• Dissatisfaction with networking outcomes
• Cancellation before the end of the billing cycle
• Failure to attend events or utilize membership benefits
Members will retain access to their membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only prevent future billing and does not qualify the member for a refund of previously paid fees.
Upon cancellation:
• Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No prorated refunds will be issued
• Access to paid membership features may end once the billing period expires

All purchases made through IBS Business Network are final.
By purchasing a membership, users acknowledge and agree to this strict non-refund policy.
IBS Business Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate platform policies, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
